On my first visit, the staff helped me with returning some documents I accidentally left behind. Convenient shuttles make it easy too! This place was just right for a quick trip in Santa Rosa. real value for money. The staff was super accommodating when a guest had travel issues, making everything easier for him. It might be a good idea to ask about fresh airflow in the rooms.

The staff were genuinely friendly, which made me feel welcome during my stay. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated having both dinner and breakfast options available right in the hotel, eliminating the need to venture out after check-in. Additionally, breakfast had a good selection, and I particularly enjoyed the homemade cakes that were offered.

The staff were friendly, always quick to help and there was a decent indoor pool,, really soothing after a long day. Plus,, I enjoyed the gym, made me feel like I wasn't completely slacking off while traveling.

This Hilton Garden Inn has a lot to offer. The staff greeted me promptly with friendly smiles. The room felt spacious and clean, with a comfortable chair by the desk that made working easy. I loved the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave available, as I didn't want to eat out every meal. The views of the nearby vineyard added a nice touch to my stay. The breakfast selection was decent, although I found some items a bit overpriced for what I received. The indoor pool looked like a fun spot, especially for families. However, I did have some issues with room temperature control. it felt a bit stuffy, and the air conditioning didn't cool down the room as effectively as I'd hoped. Although I didn't use the shuttle service, I appreciated the option of heading to local spots. Overall, it has a nice atmosphere but could benefit from better temperature regulation in the rooms.
